Myna is a dark, bird themed witch from the start of Chapter 3.
About the Witching Wing Quest Pack
Witching Wing came out in Chapter 3 Season 1. The set includes the Epic Myna outfit ("Fury flies on dark wings"), the Aviary back bling, the Caged Swiftwing glider and the Bleak Beak pickaxe. As a quest pack, it also includes quests that reward V-Bucks.
Cosmetics like this have no effect on gameplay, but they are a big part of why people keep playing. We are in Chapter 7 Season 4 now, and it still works in every mode that uses your locker.
